User Experience and Content

I am a user experience designer and content strategist. My experience includes user experience and content management at Mailchimp, the leading e-mail marketing provider, Purchasing Power, an e-commerce voluntary benefit provider, and Manheim, a key provider of vehicle remarketing services. I was also the editor-in-chief at ShopWiki, a New York-based shopping search engine. I have managed writing teams both large and small, and can create a pretty mean style guide.
